Thought we were getting into a great place until we tried to move out. We gave notice a week and a half late so a month and a half notice and occurred a charge from that, they didn't state they require a 2 month notice. Direct TV came out and installed our dish, which we had it bolted not attached to the railing on the deck and they charged us 150 bucks to "remove" it. Paid upfront deposit and it doesn't even show on the last bill because according to Rudy didn't cover anything upon moving out. After having to pay a full months rent and these additional charges it has cost me over 2k to move out! Renter beware because none of this stuff is explained before or during signing your lease. For the love of Pete they charge you for the stove drip pans and if they have to take a badge of trash out. We were happy when we moved in which is why I gave 2 starts but outraged moving out.
