Didn't receive full order. Normally the service here is incredible, and while I am still happy with most of my order, some of it was missed. I ordered a Valentines package that was supposed to contain a plush teddy bear for my wife. I got everything but the plush bear! Unfortunately due to the holiday (Valentine's day) getting someone on the phone is next to impossible since it seems like their number routes to a call center location instead of the direct store.
