The stylist with purple hair (was the only one in the store and she refused to give me her name) was unprofessional and dismissive. When we first came in she said it's be about 30 mins. Came back and was told 10 more mins. Came back a third time and she said 5pm, another 20 mins. When I came back at 5 she was chatting with the parents of her client , talking about an upcoming trip, how pretty the girl's hair turned, upcoming appointments all the while not making eye contact with me, or even acknowledging I was waiting. After 15 more minutes of this I got up to leave to hear her very snarky "sorry ma'am" followed by laughter. I'm horrified at this terrible customer service, the way she was fawning over the obviously affluent family, while ignoring me, a Puerto Rican woman with my daughter, was distasteful and beyond rude. I will be sure to tell my friends to avoid this salon at all costs.
